Wonderful prompt service. I felt at ease with Derrick and confident that he would do an excellent job. As he did. I was impressed with the thorough job and efficiency. This was for a move out clean and I was happy to be able to leave the place with cleaner carpets than when we moved in. I plan on using them again in the future for my next move out clean.

Derrick was very friendly and extremely professional. Despite the temperatures in the teens, he made sure to get the job done. He is reliable, and showed up on time as promised. His prices were more than half of what other companies quoted me. He did a thourough job, and the carpet was left smelling fresh and clean. I would DEFINITELY recommend Derrick to anyone else needing carpet cleaning services. I was very impressed.

Derrick arrived on time and finished in a remarkably short time. I was impressed with his efficiency and respectful and polite manner. He went straight to work after listening to my questions and answering all of them. His work was done very well and he even offered a guarantee that current stains he lifted would not come back but if they did he would return and remove them. I have had other more well known companies clean my carpets and I would never use any of them again but this one man show will return the next time I need my carpets cleaned. Exceptional job on the rugs as well.

derrick did a super job on my carpet and stairs. he worked me in, in an emergency, so i appreciated that. i'd had a little time to comparison shop, and he was very reasonable and friendly. the only problem i had was knowing the exact time he would be at my house---i was very pressed for time, and had to wait several hours for him to arrive. once he arrived, he was very professional and efficient.

Derek was nice and honest on my loveseat. My dog rubbed against it too much where he faded the fabric and so cleaning it would not change the effected area back to normal. No charge for coming out to look at the loveseat and giving diagnostics.

Everything was good, except it took 12 hours not 4 to dry the carpets. At 24hr it was perfect! now the weather was rainy,humid, and he did tell us to make at cool as possible in house but still it took way more than 4 hrs. if we hadn't had friends to give us recommendations of adding manual fans that we ran all night long and the ability to stay on the top floor of the house. well we would have ruined the look of the carpet. BUT the next morning it looked awesome. So he did his job awesome but the info about how long it would take to dry the carpets was off, we have a 2yrs old so we had to stay out of the house a lot, which was hard.

Derrick was very nice and did a great job. My only complaint was it took a long time to dry but it was very humid at that time. The carpet looks great.
