I had a Great experience with Carpet Design Center! Abe was knowledgeable, friendly, patient and accommodating. He answered all my questions and was easy to talk to. The crew that came in to do the job were polite, very quick and worked well together. I was very pleased with the entire process and hope to use them again later to replace carpet in our master bedroom. Thanks so much guys!

They were so fast and efficient! Had all my carpet installed in 1 day. They cleaned up and took away the old stuff and moved my furniture for me and put it back. Why it didn't even take a whole day. I am having them back to do more. Abe was great, helped me pick out the texture and samples that went with the walls and kept in contact with us before and during and after installation was done. Very, very professional!!!!

Professional workmanship and service. I am very pleased with my flooring. All work was done as we had previously discussed with no surprises. I was contacted on time each time an appointment was made. Highly recommend!

The team showed up early (as they said they would) and worked quickly and efficiently. They actually finished what I needed done in one whole day (which pleased us), and on the second day they came back to finish the fine details. The floors are beautiful and we love the wood as well as the ceramic kitchen floor. After such a fine job was done, my husband and I ended up having to scrub extra hard to remove the excess glue that was left on the wood flooring, also one end section of the t-mold that connects the wood to the ceramic in the kitchen is loose, but we will contact Ted to let him know that. Overall, they did a beautiful job.

Ted was great. He delivered as promised even after I changed the location of the appartment. He was even able to move up the install date to better fit my needs. I would have given him five stars but his crew was weak on clean-up. A coat of dust from cutting the wood was left on all the window sills and counter tops etc. I believe that all should have been vacummed or cleaned up in some manner.
