I hired David to clean my microfiber couch (6 pieces). He did an ok job overall but he missed a big spot on the 2nd piece, the top spot where your head leans against. When he finished, everything was still wet so I didn't see that miss spot until a week later. When I smell that spot, the hair oil smell and stain were still there so I know he completely missed it. I asked my husband to call and left him a message ( maybe a week later) to ask him if he could help me fix it, he never responded. I'd appreciate if he returns my call and work it out with me whatever best for both of us. Wouldn't recommend him to anyone! Thanks!

I was SO pleased with Mr. Cirelli's service! He was professional, did a wonderful job, and went the extra mile for us. I was incredibly impressed with his workmanship. Would recommend him without hesitation.

Dave did a great job. Thorough and explained a lot bout the carpets today and what to expect from cleaning and how often. I look forward to having him back in a few months for those traffic areas.

The job I had was VERY small, and Dave told me how to solve the problem over the phone. He had great advice, was very helpful, and did not want to charge me for something I could handle on my own. I was very impressed with his knowledge, and will DEFINITELY hire them when I need a full carpet cleaning!
