I really appreciated the customer service a wonderful job that Johnny provide. It was refreshing to have a professional come in and not try to sell a bunch of extra services that you are even sure you really need. I was also nice to know that they use all green products with no chemicals to harm animals or little people. I have also never had my carpets dry so quickly. I will use Cloud 9 again and recommend them to frinds. Thank you

I had severe nicotine stains on some furniture that was given to me by a family member that smokes. The couches were very orange when they were given to me but I wanted to attempt to salvage them because they were actually quite expensive. Cloud 9 was able to get out ALL the stains and the couches look like brand new! The price to clean them was the cheapest around and they even stayed late and cleaned the upholstery three times each per couch to make sure it all came out!

Absolutely wonderful! Very pleased. I got leg makeup on my recently reupholstered sectional. Cloud 9 came out the same day to give me an estimate, while they were there they offered to do it on the spot. The stain completely came out and they charged me less than they quoted me. Excellent service, fair and honest.
