The owner of this company was just great and very helpful with helping me choose new carpet and flooring for my newly purchased home. But the installers were a total nightmare. I had just had my house painted and they messed up my walls when installing the carpet and flooring. I had to touch up all their fingerprints that they left behind. This was supposed to be a one day project which turned into a much longer one because my carpet was back ordered. One worker was constantly complaining about how hard this was and he'd rather be fishing. I would only refer this company if she hires new installers......

I'm glad that you liked your selection of carpet and vinyl.Occasionally a carpet is unavailable and we must wait for production.You had the option to select another carpet, but I try to discourage this because the flooring choice will last over a decade, and it is worth waiting for in the long run. When the installers ripped up your bathroom floor, severe water damage to the subfloor was revealed and the subfloor had to be replaced. To save you the expense and delay of hiring a carpenter, the installer made the repair at a nominal charge.After 92 reviews, this is the 1st negative review about our installers. I'm very sorry for your experience

Though they are bit pricey than competitions, I hired them because they agreed to do work on the same day. Initial response was very impressive. However, once hired it was very hard to trace them. Their internal communication is poor, lack of co-ordination between office and field staff. I didn't see the work personally as I live in another state. My worker told me that the work was done perfectly. I would have given all 5 stars if they did not give me a hard time on the first day and as a result my friend had to wait almost 2 hrs at the property with 2 small kids due to their poor communication.

Please recall that you said the unit was open, and it was written right on the document you signed, "As agreed, installer will gain entry unescorted by owner to perform work." You gave me the number of your local friend in case of a problem. Geoff arrived at the property at 3:00, as I told you he would be there between 3;00 and 4:00. It was locked up. Your friend did not answer his phone. Your friend arrived an hour later and Geoff had already gone. Geoff had to drive all the way back the next day. We did not charge you for a return trip. Glad you liked the finished product.

Jeff the installer was a very friendly guy he explained what he was repairing the price was good for the repair affordable i called the office and they were out later on that day
