Pretty good overall. However, one rug was returned with an unpleasant chemical odor. Also, the rugs were returned later than promised.

It was an average service but nothing special about it to rate it better. After the carpet was dry, there were still marks on it. No special attention was given to those stains.

Jake from Carpet Care of Miami was the best. Very nice guy, he came here to clean upholstery and my carpet. her took extra care to make sure he could do as good as job as possible, thanks JAKE
