The sevice man was great. The help move a love seat for me and since he forgot the qoute that he gave me. He gave me additional discount. Great service....all carpet stain or gone

The company was very quick to respond to my request and work with my schedule. I was impressed at how quickly they were able to book me. My father, who was there to let in the cleaners, said they were very friendly. They did a very good job and the deodorizer they used smelled really nice. We had pet stains in one room and though they were able to get some of them out there are a couple of spots that are still visible though they are much lighter.

Like a lot of carpet cleaners the carpet pile fluffs up after cleaning hiding the stains still left and then when walked on stains still there. Also it took too long to dry. Was told 4-6 hours and some areas took at least 16 to dry.
