I booked her for 3 hours, that was ALL I could afford.  We agreed she would spend the first hour or 2 working on the floors, then go to the next things.  she Spent not only the WHOLE time on one kitchen floor but she ADDED another 2 hours without my permission!  ALL ON the kitchen floor.  then charged me.  100 $ on one floor?  with out me knowing?  defeated the purpose of the help.
