They were prompt and professional. They came to the house within days of initial contact to discuss issues and needs and leaving behind samples and brochures. They have an excellent warranty and have a very good product. The work was done with no remnant of nails or waste left behind.

Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Roofing installation crew was prompt, professional, efficient, courteous, and kept us informed of all details. Roofing installation crew rating = 5. Had communication problems with ofc staff and owner. We (customer) had to request final invoices in order to pay bill; no sense or urgency from staff. Poor communication regarding shortage of shingles, delay in completion of job, timing of other repairs - unrelated to crew. Owner/Ofc Staff rating = 2.

Tried to send invoice to the customer three times before it went through their email. It was likely filtered due to the email account belonging to a financial institution. We have made improvements to our system so that we call to confirm completion of job. we also do a final walk so as to provide the customer an opportunity to ask any questions they may have about their home.
