The team did a great job! They showed up on time and were careful with our flooring and furnishings and took the necessary time to thoroughly rid our ducts of debris and such. (We question whether our ducts had ever been cleaned, the house was built in 1984.) I noticed a difference immediately after they left - it was so much easier for me to breathe. I highly recommend Carolina Ductmasters.

Arrived on time, introduced themselves and went right to work. They counted the registers and air intakes before and after to be sure of count and to be sure they got them all. I would recommend them to anyone and the cost was reasonable.

Although I had planned the more expensive service they talked me out of it, because i did not need it. They also advise on on repairs I could make and told me how to do it even though they could have got the business. Very friendly and helpful. I only rate the value for money as a 4 because I am still not sure if duct cleaning is the best solution but I needed mold cleaning out of my ducts

I was very impressed by the knowledge and professionalism. When i called the office the person that answered was patient with me and answered all of my questions and so do the gentlemen that performed the service work. Definitely A+ service!

They had a fast response time and were very efficient while they were cleaning our ducts. They offered other valuable information while cleaning and inspecting our ductwork. They were very informative. We moved into a home that we are remodeling. The previous owners had pets indoors and I am very allergic to pet hair and dander. My allergic reactions have subsided.
