The customer service of Carnation Home Cleaning was excellent. They were able to come to my house within a couple of hours of our initial call and did was they could despite the electricity being cut off while they were there. On the surface, the work looked good, however, I had to leave on a business trip and when I returned, I found that it was not as clean as I would have liked. I was having the home cleaned prior to move in and found that some of the kitchen cabinets had not been wiped down, lights in the kitchen weren't clean, floor wasn't mopped.....I had to redo many of the floors over.

I requested a not to exceed price and my invoice was for ten dollars more. I had to Mop the entire house It was obvious that they were only swept or swifftered.

The estimate was for 325. The invoice paid was 330. ?? I am so sorry.... this is the first I have heard of this $ issue ???? As for the floors... I was informed that it was a hall area and spare bedroom Tile floor, we even offered to come right back and scrub on it some more, but it was already done. My appologies

I have been very happy with the job they have done. I have 5 indoor cats that I am sure assist with the cleaning and yet it still seems to be hairless when I get home.

Eugena was able to help me the day I needed help, though it was very short notice. She sent out a two-woman team, Miranda and Sam, were quick and efficient and very pleasant. I would definitely recommend Carnation to people I know.

Both cleaners were very fast, thorough and professional. Asked me about doing extras like putting orange oil on my cabinets. Did a great job. Will use this service again.
