Nick was prompt and knowledgeable.  He took care of the problem at my son's home within a few days.  He was also very generous with his time when I had some follow-up questions.  He gave me direction over the phone and I was able to correct a problem without another service call at the house.  Nick was very personable, and I felt comfortable leaving him at the house to do the work.  It was obvious that he wants the work he does to be completed promptly and correctly. <br /> <br />I have had nothing but successful connections through Service Magic.  Thank you, and keep up the good work!
