Project: Fall / Spring Yard Clean Up
Carl and Nick came by to clean the mold off our patio stones, winterize (cut back; mulch) our town home beds, and steam clean the siding. Courteous, respectful, efficient, plus completely aware of keeping the price reasonable during these financially tough times. He even offered a few additional suggestions (but didn't unduly push it) regarding adding gutter guards and redoing our cement patio edging, which we appreciated and will likely follow up on. We're both professionals so we appreciate folks who return e-mail, return phone calls, then actually follow up on what they promise to do without a lot of fuss.

After filling out a service request on Service Magic for a load of fill dirt to be delivered, I received a call from Carl within 5 minutes. He quickly and easily figured out how much I would need, gave me a reasonable quote, and set up a time to deliver it. When that day came, Carl showed up on time, dumped it where it needed to go, and offered to help fill in the hole. He actually brought a little extra to make sure we would have enough and the price was still the same as quoted the first time. We were very pleased and will most likely order some mulch to be delivered by him in the spring.
