Project: Clean Upholstery and Furniture
Carlo had to go to the third floor to clean my elderly parent's upholstery and he did a great job along with engaging them in conversation, which they very much enjoyed.

Carlo was extremely friendly, explained what he was doing and how his equipment operated. He allowed me to see the amount of gunk removed from my carpet and provided me wth some good information for further cleanings. Thank you Carlo!

Carlo responded to our request within a few minutes on a Saturday morning. He arrived ahead of time, did a remarkable job, and was very pleasant. We had set an appointment with another carpet cleaning company and confirmed the appointment for Friday and they were a "no show." Carlo knocked it out of the park with his excellent customer service and we were happy to give him a generous tip and will recommend him to everyone we can. He knows how to do his job with excellent customer service. We really appreciate his great work.
