Durako's Cleaning

The owner is wonderful and very professional. The maid left some dust under the TV, the things on the kitchen counter and I had hire them to clean up the dust left after a remodeling job. Disappointing. Also I had a brand new vaccuum that was left clogged with dirt and completely full, filter ruined. All in all OK job though.

Easy to book, nice work on my apartment.

They were here when they said they would be. Always kept me informed. That was my first cleaning. They had a big job at my place. I have them now every two weeks. It's working out great!!!!

I received a call within an hour of posting my request and they were able to come out that same day. The prices were VERY reasonable and the work was OUTSTANDING!! My apartment was left spotless. I would highly recommend Durako's to anyone seeking a reliable and thorough cleaning service.

Fast and on time, flexible hours, good work

This company is a nightmare.Showed up to home without cleaning supplies, vacuum, etc. and without manager.I had to show them what to do. Owner shows up an hour and a half later and tries to charge me hourly after quoting me a fixed price.Then company says they are finished when things clearly haven't been vacuumed or dusted.Owner was nightmare and kept arguing with me.Asked her to wait outside until her girls finished.Refused to leave my house and told me to call police which I did. Owner then argued with police in my front yard for nearly an hour.I have never experienced anything like this in almost 20 years of using cleaning companies.

I told her I don't us mine because of allergies and vacuum because of bed bugs want to get paid she called the police I have been in business for 20 years and I never had a customer t like this I had 4 worker and a driver and she didn't pay me so she got a free cleaning and she a lawyer still try to get my money what people will do to get something free that is sad she need help I am a hard worker and will try to please everyone

Carla is full of energy. She expects the same from her staff. She gave me what she promised. Who could ask for more???

She only wanted to spend 75.00 and i did the best i could if she wanted to spend 100.00 it was better i look at it and did it the next day

Very efficient and flexible with needs

They were very buisness oriented just not very good cleaners.
