The project went nearly flawlessly. The product, quality of work and cleanup was great. However, when I was notified that the windows were readyfor installation, I asked if all of the windows were ready for installation. The answer was "yes". When the insallers showed up there was not a garden window as ordered on the truck. Found that the garden window was not ready which required another trip after the garden window was ready. Otherwise this would have been a two day event. Otherwise, great job.

I would not recommend Castle, they measured wrong and built 2 custom bay windows that didnt fit, and had to be re-ordered. This project should have taken 5-6 weeks in total to complete, but in the end took over 2 months. Dealing with Castle on the phone with my complaint was impossible. They finally installed the right windows on their time, I was sick of taking time off froim work (took 3 days off) to try and get these windows in. They finally are in and I am happy with them, but the hassel dealing with this company left a bad taste in my mouth.

They've just really begun working, so I really don't have a lot to say about staying on budget or timeliness. It took longer than I expected to get started, and it's going sort of slowly, but they've just begun the work.

Castle Windows put two sliding glass patio doors in my house last week. The work was excellent and done in a timely fashion. The price was excellent also. I would not hesitate to recommend Castle Windows and if I need more windows, I will certainly use this company.

Set up an appointment for them to install they mismeasured a window and needed to reorder one. They showed up an hour early for the appointment after I specifically told them no one would be available then they called to see if I could get someone there. Product was installed well and quickly with the correct sized windows. Very nice product.

The product, the actual window, is wonderful. The installation and the installers left alot to be desired. They installed the windows, one which was a picture window and left it dirty, fingerprints, & sticker mark. A piece of the trim wasnt flush with the house. They also removed trim from around the window and didnt replace it. When an inspector was called to come out they came out at the wrong time. The window however is a quality window, they should spend as much time hiring quality installers.

Seems like an excellent product. Installation was smooth and quick, although they showed up a few hours late. I had to call to confirm -- seems they were stuck on another project that ran long. But once the installers arrived, they were very apologetic and did a fine job.

The worst experience ever - they communicated poorly, did not follow through on their WRITTEN promise, refused to refund money and have not met any of their initial assurances. They cut me off on the phone (do not ever speak with a supervisor). Putting in a BBB complaint.
