Here's a sample rating of work completed: Description of Work: Replaced four original interior hall entry doors with 20 minute fire rated solid wood doors per fire inspection. The installation included replacing existing hinges with self closing hinges, new doorknobs and transferring dead bolt locks. To meet the fire rating, the existing 1 3/8'' doors were replaced with 1 3/4'' doors, requiring repositioning of each door stop which had been in place since 1915. Because of the age of the structure, each door had to be individually fitted. Bryan's work was precise and professional. There was a lot of extra work required as each door/opening was a little different size. The end result is the doors look great! He was able to reposition all the existing stops. He even took the door knockers/peepholes off the old doors and installed them on the new doors for us.
