Was one of the few who actually got off their butts, came to the house, and provided me with a detailed estimate. Were on-time the day of the cleaning and it took no longer than what they told me it would take. Did a great job and the price was reasonable, too!

Although ServiceMaster contacted me first and I scheduled an appt., they never showed up. I contacted Capital Carpet (Alex had called me just right after ServiceMaster did) and he was very timely in getting back to me to see if he could make the time I wanted (he could). He showed up right on time and did a complete and thorough cleaning of my furniture. I was very pleased with Capital Carpet Cleaning.

Capital got areas of the carpet clean that I didn't think was possible. They said they would be there at noon, and noon it was. They said it would take 2 1/2 hours, and it did. Very courteous and efficient.
