Once they started the job they realized that they could not complete the project as promised. They had to modify the installation and now I have to hire someone else to complete the work.

Project: Install, Replace or Repair a Main Sewer Pipe
After receiving 4 quotes to install a new main sewer drain from the house to the street, I went with Capital. They had the best price, and excellent ratings. I'm glad I did! I am completely satisfied with the work they performed. They did an excellent job. The workmen were competent pumbers and responded to all my questions and concerns with psoitive action. All of the men doing the job were friendly and respectful. In addition, they performed EXTRA services not included in the contract at NO EXTRA CHARGE!! Overall, the best contractor experience I have ever had. Thank you Capital!!

The only reason I did not give all 5 stars, is because I dont like how expensive plumbing is in general. Has nothing to do with these guys, great work.
