Called me back quickly and answered all my questions. We were very happy with the work done in our house. No mold to be found...which is a good thing! Now we have peace of mind knowing that.

Testing associate was there at least 10 minutes before agreed appointment. Did a good job of explaining testing procedure and protocol, as well as informing of expectation for final results. Was happy to answer any questions and had what appeared to be thorough responses. I would recommend them to another business.
