Job estimated at 2 hrs to find and fix leak in landscape pipe. Appt scheduled for Monday..no show..no call. Tues..dug two holes... Weds..dug two more holes. Thurs no show..no call. I located pipe and leak and called them. They came Friday morn and fixed the leak. No communication is a big problem. Ended up paying 3 hrs.

i dont understand why customer is upset. we knew where the leak was right away ,the customer instructed us to dig at several different locations and each time we did there was no pipe there like he thought. we spent 6 hrs there and i only charged him for 3 hrs in the end.he seemed very happy to pay me.we did everything we could do to keep him happy,we cleaned up and made everything look as if nothing ever happened.

Kept the appointed dates and times for both the job estimate and work. Received the bid timely. Work was performed within the expected time frame. Workers were courteous, not distracted and cleaned up after the job. Work was completed within a week of the the bid in time for the upcoming rainy season. Job was neat and should improve drainage under deck. Would recommend to others. May use again for other landscaping needs. Folsom, CA

Quality of work was excellent. Only problem was a delay in scheduling. Fortunately this was not an emergency so it wasn't a major problem.

Mark, the owner, called me immediately. He came out to the job site the very next business day after verifying that the needed repair was not an emergency. He showed up at the time stated, made the repair quickly and efficiently, gave us some very good advice regarding our sprinkler system, and completed the job within the quoted price. We have kept his contact information on the fridge for future use!
