Project: Install or Replace a Heat Pump
we had researched the product offered and Cape Fear reaffirmed our choice. Our questions were answered withour hesitation. We had a very comfortable feeling with Mark. Mark evaluated our system and was open to our concerns for equal distribution and quality of the new system. The installers were very professional, prompt and courteous.

Did a very professional job. Pleasant and prompt.Minimum disruptrion and quality service. My wife was suffering from severe allergy problems but they have totally disappeared since the ducts were cleaned. Highly recommended
