Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Good quality at an affordable price. The workers were friendly and efficient. I docked one half star on quality because I was told that all of the old nails would be pulled, which did not happen. Not a huge deal to me as long as the roofing system holds up for the 35 years that the shingles are rated for. There were some random cigarette butts left around my house. This was also not a deal breaker for me as people in my neighborhood do not know what a trash can is! All in all it was a really good experience and as you can see I would recommend CCR&R LLC to a friend or colleague if I was asked for my opinion.

Gave me a good idea of the schedule and kept to it once the weather cooperated. Excellent job. Friendly workers. Cleaned up after completion of work.

Project: Repair a Metal Roof
Outstanding. We have had 5 different roofers to our home over the past 6 years to try to fix a leak. Most gave up after charging us. Some never showed up after sting the would take the job. Cap City showed up on time, returned calls promptly, started and needed the work as promised and on time. And best of all -- they fixed the problem. We could not be happier with Bill and the team from Cap City.

WE HAD 5 BIDS ON THE JOB AND CAP CITY WAS THE BEST. THE JOB WAS DONE IN 2 DAYS. THE WORKERS WERE POLITE AND HARD WORKERS. AFTER THEY WERE DONE THEY WENT AROUND THE HOUSE AND PICKED UP ANY PAPERS ECT. WE WERE VERY HAPPY AND WILL USE THEM AGAIN FOR OTHER PROJECTS WE NEED DONE.
