Very,very poor result. Adrian was slow to return our phone calls (days). The workmanship was unsatisfactory and the result was of poor quality. Adrian frequently did not arrive on the job at the time and days he said he would. He did supervise the work . He did return and try to fix some of the gross errors but it was a poor result at best. He admits the job was not done well but doesn't know how to fix it! Says he consulted "someone" and was told his attempts to fix it could result in making it worse. He isn't interested in the project and our patio floor anymore. He was paid in full so we didn't breach our contract. Question references

I am sorry for your experience with the supervisor who we since let go. Please update your rating as soon as possible to show that we did fix the issue to your satisfaction, with a discount for the delay you experienced.

Although I called, and called, and called, and made appointment, after appointment, there was no follow through. They left a big mess in my yard, they never cleaned up the concrete edges, there 's concrete slush in my yard. I called and called, and called. They left a mess. But the concrete work was good, and he was a pleasant fellow. They left such a mess in my yard. And I was not satisfied with the job that they did, over all.

Cano came out and gave me a free estimate, on the spot. The job was for a back patio, 11' X 21'. I hired them and they were ready to install the next week. I scheduled the project for 10 days later and they showed up on time. They worked efficiently and the only delay was due to possible rain showers. The concrete was poured the next day and the forms removed the following day. The work is of the highest quality, and their professionalism and courtesy is second-to-none. Worthy of all five stars.

The 1st time I set up an appt and he arrived on-time. Everytime after that he was late (2hrs late even after I called), if he showed up at all. I hired him for a 300sq ft concrete patio in my backyard for a fire pit and entertaining. The slope is suppose to be 1/8" per sqft, but it slopes 2 1/2" for 12'. You can see it!! It is horrible! Nothing sets level on it and instead of digging out the dirt to make the concrete level with the ground it is about a 8-10" step down. He offered to rip it out for free, but I would have to pay for it to be replaced! On the other hand, the yard was clean, and work looks good. Communicate exactly what you want!

Hello, this customer wanted a round,raised, uncovered patio for entertaining around a fire pit. Since it was uncovered they wanted it sloped for drainage and they also wanted 1 step down to the yard on one side that would be higher. Then when lady looked it wasn't quite like the picture she had thought of from the magazine, although you see she said work looked great, yard was clean, etc. We gave her a small mortered firpit free and she said she would give more stars. Work done on time what we talked about in contract too.

The project went as planned, Adrian was easy to work with on changes to original design. The crew was courteous and very hard working. My neighbors have been impressed with the finished project.

Hello sir, if you would like a more interesting finish we can do an overlay, maybe stamping to look like brick, stone, or pavers or coloring or other finishes. Otherwise most plain rectangle patios at the back of the house will look pretty normal and average, it's if they don't you have a problem.

They were courteous and flexible with last-minute changes. The drive and walkways look good. My only quibble is that they were not as thorough with their clean-up as I would have preferred, but overall I feel as though I definitely got my money's worth and at this time I would hire them again for future cement work.

Adrian was always prompted and on time. Very courteous and professional. Did outstanding work.
