Project: Repair or Service a Heat Pump
The installation was excellent and just as per bid. The unit seems good but as we are in between heating and cooling seasons we really haven't had a chance to try it out. I have a feeling that this contractor will stand behind his product and wants to please.

the men were very professent at their instellatiohn of the furnace,, only one problem, is condensation line leaking water in my attic, every thing else was very acceptible, he leak could happen to anyone,

Was great getting there on time when he said he would.I thougt the price he charge was a little high for the work that he did.

I made all the repairs he requested. I only charged him for a service call and the cost of the parts. He did not question the billing at the time. I would have been glad to explain the billing. Jerry Hunt Cannan Heatng

Jerry called back and all was fixed my comments about the duct work is no longer as problem, Jerry's work force did an outstanding job. Jerry took care of all the paper work on our rebate and explained our tax break on the A/C. Thanks jerry. Buck brennan
