the technician called right away and was able to fix the problem. The biggest issue I had with him is that he did the work without 1st giving me an estimate and was a bit expensive.

It's hard to get a hold of Eugene (unlisted number) but I was happy with his flexibility and service. He advised us that we didn't need a new disposal when we already bought it, so we returned it and saved ourselves some money, so add honesty to that list!

When he called he called from a blocked number so it was hard to return call from that. Could have been smoother with that but work was done well.
