We love our new granite counter tops!!

We loved Wendell and the installers at Canaan Stone--I have already referred Wendel to my parents and will continue to refer.

Need to coordinate tile availability and product installation to avoid a waiting period for tile to arrive.

Installation went well. They were professional and neat,

Very good work. Techs did work expertly no delays.

We think this rating is in error. If you look at the rating, we scored 5 stars on everthing except qualit which was 1 star, yet the comments read "very good work. Techs did work expertly no delays"

This contractor was very pleasant when he first came in. Then, when I picked up my granite he tried to gouging me on prices. He wanted to charge me 20% more for a granite countertop, he charged me 20% for the whole job, rather than 20% just for the granite. So therefore, I was not happy. Especially when I found out that it should've been 12%, and then he does not want to communicate.

Mr C simply picked out a Group 3 Granite which is more than the Group 1 he originally wanted. Mr. C was given a new proposal before any work had been done or deposits paid. Mr C and I discussed his concern with the price and he was OK and authorized us to continue. After the job was completed Mr C complained about the price but it was impossible to undo the job at that time. Buyers Remorse? As seen by our other ratings we go above and beyond to insure a customers happiness with the job but sometmes there is nothing you can do.

Canaan did a great job on our quartz counter tops. Jerry Lee was very friendly, on-time, and knowledgeable. Installation went exactly as planned, and we're very happy with our new counter tops. I'd recommend Canaan to anyone.

Sales rep was superb, guiding us through granite, sink & faucet selections. Communication from office was sketchy, causing installation delay of a day. When actual work was done, guys were awesome with very professional installation. Plumbing & tile work was also good.
