After the initial quote, Brandon was very responsive. He was firm on pricing and didn't negotiate at all. But attended every pre-job meeting on time, returned my phone calls, and was very professional. On the day of the job, Brandon and his crew showed up on time and kept to the promised timeline. The job was completed early and he came back to do some touch ups. It's now been 1.5 weeks since completion and the work is holding up very well. Stairs are a difficult job but so far I'm very happy. They were always on time, very clean and they did a great job on fitting bamboo flooring to a study, bedroom, closet and hallway. In addition they fitted carpet to the stairs. <br />They were flexible in providing 5 different quotes for different combinations of wood and carpet in the different areas.
