David knew what he was talking about and was very helpful. He explained the inspection all through the process. I would recommend Safe and Sound Home Inspection to anyone who needs an inspection. Their prices seemed very reasonable as well.

David gave us an excellent home inspection. He was thorough and extremely educational as he walked us through all the potential problems we faced going into our new home. With his inspection we feel there will be no surprises and with his help we were able to make a more educated decision. I will definitely recommend him to future home buyers.

Very professional. Showed up on time. Performed the inspection as expected. Electronics Docusign for contract was easy to follow and cut down on paperwork. CRM for Radon test was great, but a bit pricey. May be offer more discount when purchase with inspection as a combo.

Dave was great. He showed up on time, and was very accommodating, even after I rescheduled twice. He was very friendly and happy to field any questions we had about our home. He seemed very knowledgeable, and the inspection was thorough. Also, it was about $50 less than I had expected. I would recommend Safe and Sound to anyone I know, and plan on hiring Dave again for my next home purchase.
