we had some issues with a bad unit and issue scheduling the reinstall but the owner took care of the situaiton quickly and efficiently.

The technician was knowledgeable and most efficient. He had the opener installed and operational in less than an hour. My only suggestion is that his boss provide him with a torpedo level. Both the remote entry and inside controls were installed a quarter inch out of plumb.

Cactus came out and repaired the door in less than 15 minutes. He was very honest. The company I had out before him told me I needed a new door all together but after getting a second opinion from Cactus I found that all that was needed was a simple repair. Very happy with Cactus.

Rich and his crew did a great job .The door manufacture put the wrong seal on rhe bottom but they are going to be here this morning.all in all the project looks great

Did a great job installing my Craftsman Door Opener. I scheduled an appt with them, they arrived on time and completed the job at a reasonable cost. The technician answered my questions and was courteous and professional.
