Project: Reface Already Installed Cabinets
They were very professional and completed the job in two days. We are EXTREMELY pleased with the refacing of our cabinets and how well the sides of the cabinets matched the doors we selected. Also, the cost was one-third the price quoted by two other companies. We not only WOULD recommend them, we actually have given their card to others.

I do not recommend Cabinets by Otto or whatever name they may be operating under. I had 2 jobs done by them. The first job was OK. The second part of the job was to build a custom cabinet and install it. We have received nothing but broken promises, numerous phone calls ignored (familiar from other feedback here) and no reply to emails. Only when we resorted to threats of legal action did we get a callback. Today Ralph promised to install the cabinet, I took off from work to be available and 5 minutes before he was scheduled to arrive he informed us we could pick up the cabinet and install it ourselves.

Project: Reface Already Installed Cabinets
I contracted them for cabinet refacing and granite countertops.Took over 2 months from initial contract to almost completion. They started the cabinet work more than a month ago. Job is still not finished (sink connections) and I have called them at least 15 times and not even the courtesy of a return call and/or scheduling their plumber. I had to stop payment on the last check (I bet they will call me now) as they get their money and you the customer are without a kitchen. I have to get my own plumber to finish the job. If I had known in the begining what I know now about Cabinets by Otto I would NOT have contracted with them.

Project: Reface Already Installed Cabinets
Our kitchen cabinets were refaced and look beautiful. The price was very competitive and we were able to have granite countertops, which I didn't think we would be able to afford. Both Otto and Rafael were very professional and punctual. I would certainly recommend them for kitchen/bathroom remodeling or refacing. I am very happy with my new kitchen!

They did great work. The cabinets and granite are absolutely beautiful. The only problem I had was it took about two weeks if there is a door(s) that need replaced. Other than that, I would highly recommend this father and son team!!!

The original installation appearance was great. However we had a disagreement over the medicine cabinets which he said he had not included and I said yes he did and he had measured for them. After further investigation he said he would come back and do it even though he would lose money, which is not my problem, but I did say I would split the cost with him. They finally came out to install the cabinets, but he subbed it out to someone else, and the install left a lot to be desired. Just sloppy. Its too bad he did not come back himself to assure that it was done well. I am sorry to say I would not use them again or recommend them.

They completed the job ahead of schedule and as agreed in our contract. Their work was professionally done without any follow up for me. I would have no problem recommending this company.
