Skip gave us an estimate that was very reasonable. He installed the Water Treatment System a couple of days later. He was very easy to work with and did a great job. I would definitely recommend him to any potential customers.

I couldn't reach the company that installed my water system so I went on the computer and received a call almost immediately from CWS. They were able to come tha afternoon to check to see if the unit was working properly made a few adjustments. They were very prompt all worked out well. Thanks

Skip was our Service Rep from CWS. He was 15 minutes early on a Saturday morning, and went right to work on our water softener unit. It was clear he knew his stuff, and we 'hit it off good' from the start when he found out I too am a die hard Redskins fan!! He gave our unit a complete check-over, and was here for an hour. I was definitely pleased with his work, and with the service call charge. He placed a Company deccal on my unit, and left me with his card. I will definitely call CWS next time I need to.
