Carter was excellent! He was able to answer my questions, come out for service calls in a timely manner and give me websites to buy parts. I ordered the wrong temp sensor for my spa and had to order another one, he said since he used that kind of sensor alot in customer repairs he would buy it from me, so I didn't have to ship it back. He was friendly, professional and very helpful!

I found Carter to be very honest and customer service oriented. The hot tub in the house I purchased last fall had quit working and he could've sold me a new motor for all I knew about these things. He assessed the problem (breaker switch) while I was out of town then came back to give me a tutorial class all for the price of one service call ! Highly recommend and will call CT Pools and Spas for all my service needs.
