I have used CTM 2 times now. One time to repair carpet that I thought was at a loss. They saved the carpet and saved us lots of money. This time they cleaned all the carpets in my home. Charles is fantastic. He has so much knowledge and respect for what he does. He provides a service at a level he would expect in his own home. I cannot say enough about how fantastic Charles is, and Tondra is so kind and courteous to work with when you call. I will use them for all my carpet needs and refer them to everyone that is looking for carpet repair, cleaning, installation. Anything at all!!!

The repair of my carpet was actually more complex and time comsuming then the estimate covered. They could have done this in less time but Charles was determined to provide a quality job,...and he did. They stuck to the estimate and you can't tell the carper was repaired. I will use CTM again.
