David Crane is prodessional, congenial and listens to the customers ideas first, before making suggestions. He educates you regarding the process so you can make the best choices and feel confident in them. He does not push or try to make the "Hard sale". He has a great working relationship with his vendors and that makes for a smooth Project. He does quality work for a "reasonable" price. I highly recommend his services!

I couldn't give David a 5 star rating for quality, unfortunately I found his attention to detail somewhat lacking. I have several tiles in my backsplash which have severely chipped corners, some I certainly would not have used. A few I was able to catch while installation was occuring and he quickly changed them out with no problem. I can't complain too much because his price was extremely good... overall we are happy with our granite countertop and backsplash.

Outstanding! Very good work installing our granite countertops! We especially liked the coordination of the plumbing, gas hookup, etc. We were only without use of our kitchen for 1 1/2 days. We talked with other granite fabricators and liked Crane's technique the best. We would definitely use them again--in fact we will.

David installed our granite counter tops in our kitchen and we are happy to recommend his services to any and all. He responded to our inquiry by phone, made and appointment and showed up on time!!! They were able to install a full week before the estimated date. He, as well as his crew were friendly, quick and helpful. When the wall turned out to be not very straight, they had and solution and even built up the cabinets when we needed that for an ancor for the dishwasher I loved the even tempered David and would recommend him gladly. In fact, the next time I need something done, I will call on him again. Thank You David! Leonie Hall

David got in touch with me quickly, and provided a quote on the same day. The price was tough to beat, and the workmanship was great. From the initial call to a finished countertops took about one week. I'm looking forward to working with him soon on phase two of my project.

Project: Install Carpeting
There were many problems with this job (weather related as well as product related). I would have liked it if there had been better communication throughout the job (informed of problems earlier, start times, courtesy calls at end times, etc). The team of people working for David and Bud were great - friendly, outgoing, knowledgeable. It was unfortunate about all of the delays.
