Dave has been very good about communicating with me; even when there have been issues with products not arriving on time. He is very professional in all his dealings with me and I will continue to use him for other projects in the future and to recommend him to my friends. He has great ideas and often comes in with lower prices (not cheaper) because of the value, which means a lot to this customer.

After completing the work on her garage, we installed siding on her whole house and garage and also made an insurance claim on her roof and installed a new roof at no charge to her .

The job involved repairing about a dozen fire doors in an apartment building. David started the job when he said he would and did a great job.

While washing down the gutters I noticed major storm damage on the roof,where shingles and stack covers were literally torn off of the roof. I immediately called the customer and repaired the storm damage the next day. My customer was aware of the damage but didn't know we are a multiple service co.

Dave was prompt and friendly. He provided excellente service at reasonable rates and did more than expected.

Originally I figured on just a few projects,but the job flowed very well and I was able to complete multiple projects in the same time frame. installed 2 storm door closers, co-2 detector, caulked kitchen counter, replaced drain assembly in bathroom sink , repaired laminate floor, caulked tub, prepped and painted trim on shed, and caulked and painted overhang on 2nd story.

David completed the deck in a timely manner. He suggested some other work he could do in the side yard for a small extra fee, which also turned out well.

This was a free standing deck 1" away from the house and 15" off of the ground. When Sarah called she asked if I could work within a budget which we were able to stay within. I've posted pictures of this one .
