My house has been overrun by spiders and C. Roberts Pest Control did a very thorough job of spraying. He took the time to explain what they were spraying and where they would be spraying. I'll definitely be using them again in the future.

squirell removal is a process please be patient, they didn't get there overnight and we cannot make them go away overnight. It says that you are a neighbor of a client I am not sure if that's a misprint or what but if you are who I think you are we have already gotten momma squirrel now we have to get her babies. Please be patient as we are not finished with the job and you have already rated us which is very unfair at this point. Regardless of the rating we are here to solve your issue you have my word on that. Please do not hesitate to call our office if you have any concerns at all

Friendly and prompt, but I don't think they're very thorough as I found a couple roaches in my home 5 weeks after treatment. I keep my home very tidy and clean, so I was surprised to see this. Unfortunately, it was just outside their 30-day warranty, and they said I would have to pay again to get the house touched up. Would not recommend.

We set expectations up front and we offer a 30 day warrantee. You called us back a month and a half later telling me you saw a couple bugs. We offered you a program upfront and you declined. I also offered you a discounted rate to reapply. Pesticides do break down and degrade and therefore need to be kept up. Out of twenty people you are the one Person who scores us so low. I guess you can't be all things to all people but thank you for the opportunity anyway.
