Very professional, timely, efficient and informative. The price was very reasonable. Do not be afraid to have them come and give you their FREE estimate and you will find them very knowledgeable.

VERY disappointing!!! The granite selection was great and the price was very good...BUT, I guess you get what you pay for. The installation was AWFUL! The pattern was not matched and 3 or 4 pieces had to be recut. There are wide gaps between the backsplash and wall that were filled with goopy, NON-PAINTABLE caulk that sagged and traps dirt and grime looking terrible. They left scars above the backsplash where the old one was removed. (They told me the new backsplash would cover this but it doesn't). We've tried to work with them for the past 10 months but with no success. They admit there's a problem but will not fix it.

Hmm, where do I start? I am reasonably satisfied with the end result, but tough getting there - guess you "get what you pay for". Their price was the lowest, but beware. 1) thick dust on the UNDERSIDE of every slab - fell into drawers - had to be washed = ugh!. 2) rough underside of breakfast bar = skins your knees 3) several slabs had to be redone as pattern ran in wrong direction. 4) backsplashs didn't cover scar lines - need to be repaired = $$ 5) 1/4 gaps behind backsplash swallowed up caulk leaving crevice & sharp edges. They expected me to paint when done - guess I have to now. 6) some pieces not sealed. Glad to be done!

The manager from CR World Granite called within 10 minutes of our submission to your group. He stopped at our home and measured our project and sent us the info the next morning. We went to the shop, selected our granite. They completed our project from start to finish in one week and everything was perfect. The tear out and install of the new counter tops took one day. When done they cleaned up and removed all the debris and you could only see that they were there because of the new counter tops. Could not be more pleased. Cost was very reasonable.

CR World Granite was wonderful. Anna Piumbini was outstanding and helped guide us through slab selection regarding colors, character, etc. They came to our home and made us very comfortable when we visited their showroom; It was a cold, damp day and they spent two hours with us. Fantastic place to do business.
