They came out promptly with the first call and evaluated the problem. After determining that the cost of repairs was not justified with the age of my current central/heat and air system, the provided me with recommendations for a new system. For installing the new system, they worked around a week where I had multiple family obligations, and when I was late getting back home. They rescheduled to the next day and came extra early to accomodate my doctor's appointment. In summary, they were prompt, courteous, and accomodating. The work was done on my schedule and completely. I would definately recommend them.

The contractor came and he bled my radiators. I'm still not getting any heat. I didn't bother to call him back. He didn't wait to see if the heat would work.

Every repair we make is covered. If we did not solve your problem, at least give us a call so we can make things right. Im not sure who this customer is and we have not bleed any radiators this year. Sorry your not happy. We try very hard and our reviews say that. Thank you

CRT Mechanical is a good company to me. It sounded like the technician was very professional. As far as the timeliness was concerned, he was a little late. But it was mainly because it was a hot and busy day. The price was a slightly higher than I expect, or was told over the phone, but it was still ok.

The response time from CRT was way above expectations. Chris arrived within an hour after my call. He found the problem with the furnace (the ac/heat was not working at all) immediately and within a half hour the furnace was working again. I was very impressed and will definitely be calling CRT for maintenance and other repairs if needed in the future. Thank you Chris for your quick and very professional service.

Called CRT on Memorial Day A.M to evaluate our non working central A.C. Arrived shortly thereafter and alas our compressor was beyond repair. Arrived early the next A.M. and installed a new unit in a short time. We are up and running and cool. I recommend that you give this contractor a try.

Received a call from Chris immediately. Our Trane central air system was not cooling. We had called other companies and we were told that they didn't work on Trane systems if we got a call back at all! When I explained to Chris what the problem was I started out by saying we have Trane system and he just said ok. He gave me some tips on what we could try before possibly having to pay for a sevice call for something that we could take care of ourselves. He came within the time frame he gave us and fixed it quickly. Price was fair considering it was an emergancy on a holiday weekend.
