The plumber arrived at the designated time, informed me that the camera search might be inconclusive and instead chose to enter the crawl space. Leaks were detected and the assessment was replacing a section of the drain. I had assumed at least $1,000 and the bid was $1,200. The appointment was made, and the repairs were completed satisfactorily. I was also having my house painted at the time, and the painter was also impressed by the thorough professional job that was done. Count me as a happy client.
