Gene called immediately, thoroughly explained his services and gave me an estimated range for the duct cleaning. He arrived on time, explained again what they were going to do and the timeframe for completion. They did an extremely thorough job, including cleaning up the furnace area and replaced all covers, they did not create any mess and finished within the timeframe outlined. I would highly recommend Gene and his company.

Very professional. Did a great job and cleaned up after project. Superior equipment and set-up; seemed to do much better job than past competitors. Absolutely worth the cost!! We would very highly recommend this company!

I am really satisfied with the work CRI Duct Services done. They gave the quote over the phone and completed the job without any additional cost. They spent more than 4 hours cleaning the ducts and they were very professional. I strongly recommned them to others.
