Did not have the part to fix it (a breaker.) Bypassed it by connecting the wires together so we would have heat until the following monday (1/4/10) when they'd come back to replace it. Waited until around 4pm 1/4/10. Called the # on the card I was given. No answer/voicemail to leave message. Next day I called the person who originally set up the appt and was told they would get back to me. After 2 more calls, no answer/voicemail and a week passed, looking elsewhere.
