Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch

Chris was very professional and receptive to our needs. We were looking to have a deck build in a certain time frame and were not sure as to what kind of material we wanted or could afford. Chris went over the different materials and gave us his professional opinion without bias toward the more expensive option. We had Chris build us a16'x20' deck made of composite with pvc railings. Chris's employees were also very professional and cleaned up after themselves every day. We have received many compliments on the deck and are very pleased with the work that was done. I would not hesitate to refer C.P.Curtin to my friends and family.

Project: Remodel a Basement

Chris was very responsive and consistently provided a high level of quality on our project. Our project was to finish our basement, which meant Chris had to coordinate with plumbers, electricians, carpet people, and a ceiling installer. All were hassle free from my perspective. Also, the project was finished right on budget. I would definitely recommend him.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom

My bathroom renovation with Chris Curtin was a very positive experience. He was an excellent project manager as well as contractor. He presented a detailed written estimate and project design and he managed his sub-contractors efficiently. Milestones were completed when he said they would be and he was on the job every day. He was very accessible if I had questions or concerns. When I made changes in design decisions, he made the adjustments in a timely fashion and was good natured about it, such as my changing the paint color 3 times and replacing an exhaust fan that I didn't like after it was installed. A successful project overall.

From the very first visit we felt comfortable and believed we could trust you. Trust is very important to us and you earned it with no trouble. We cherished your enthusiasm and ongoing desire to make us happy. . The fact you still came after suffering a knuckle injury and worked while in obvious pain made me feel terrible and excited at the same time! You have a wonderful sense of humor and your other Chris really scored not only with us but with our dog George as well!! We will remember you in the future and spread the word. Thank you, we are blessed to have found you.

Project: Build an Addition

We have stalled on this project for the time being due to a family issue, but Chris Curtain was execellent in the process up to this point - when we resume the project, I hope that he and his team will be available to continue the excellent service!
