Barney was very prompt and thorough in his removal of a hornets' nest on my deck. He offered to return if the first attempt wasn't successful, taking pride in his work to make sure the job was done right, not just done.

Barney was very friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable and explanied the procedure thoroughly. When the weather didn't cooporate he did all the inside work, and returned a few days later and completed the procedure. Everything was cleaned up and put back in order as he found it.
