The tech was on time and quickly found the problem. It was the thermostat, and he replaced it. My only surprise was that when I submitted my request through Service Magic, I requested a company that did not charge a trip charge and after I got the bill there was a $40 trip charge added... Not the fault of the contractor... This was all on Service Magic...

Project: Central A/C - Service or Repair

He was very trustworthy, prices are very good, has good equipment for the job. He quotes me a price, may run over if there is a problem, will talk about the cost at that time. Very reliable, comes back quickly when we call, sometimes the same day. He is very courteous, only one we used at this time.
