Chris Massey came right uut and fixed a toilet that was leaking. The toilet was costing us on our water bill. Chris did a great job and was very reasonable. I highly recommend him.

During the weekend, we discovered that the carpet in our walk-in closet was soaking wet. The closet adjoined a bathroom and the laundry room. Chris Massey responded to our ServiceMagic repair request within 10 minutes of it posting. We described the situation to him and he offered to come out immediately. Instead, we scheduled an appointment two days later. Chris arrived early, quickly determined the location of the leak and had it fixed within minutes. He even installed an access panel in the closet in case it would be needed in the future. He is extremely responsive, professional and makes sure the client is well-informed.

Chris was very quick to call me about my water heater. He gave me a good price and was able to come out quickly, working with both of our schedules. He and his assistant showed up on time, worked quickly and neatly, and were very friendly. I am happy with his work, would use him again, and will recommend him to others.

We had problems with sewer lines running from house to septic. Chris responded to our call so quickly. He assessed the situation and was on the job the next day fixing the problem. We were so appreciative of his professionalism, dependability and fair rates. We highly recommend his services and will certainly be calling him back if needed.

Quick to respond with quote, and was a bit lower than the other quote received. C. Massey Plumbing was the only one to come on-site to give quote. Once I advised C. Massey Plumbing that I wanted to hire them, they were very quick to come out and install the water heater. What they promised, they delivered.

Project: Repair or Service a Water Heater
Chris responded promptly, explained all the options and helped us decide what would make the best fit for our home. He gave us great pricing with the same warranty as the big companies. They went above and beyond by breaking down concrete foundation in order to get the old unit out and the new hot water heater in, re-patched concrete and didn't even charge us for it! Now that's service.
