CM Supreme Cleaning

Show up on scheduled day. Sometimes leave lights on, rags left around home.Do not always vacuum the furniture, at baseboards, around furniture legs. Dusting is spotty- miss pictures on the walls. some pieces of furniture and some mirrors. I find tooth paste splatters on the mirrors after they have cleaned. If something is not clean they blame it on my cleaning products, not lack of their elbow grease. They did however return and reclean the bathroom tiles. Having trouble gettting the wood floors clean. Can wipe them with a paper towel after they clean and the paper towel is gray. Became a bit defensive when questioned.

This criticism is welcome, however the discription do not acutally reflect our cleaning record. A lot discribe in the comment is not on the customers cleaning list(to be cleaned such as Pictures, sofa); however, in fairness in any job there may be mistakes or errors occur; however we do whatever we can to correct the issue at hand. Defensiveness is not a good quality in business therefore we humble ourselve to our customer concern. We did attempt to rectify the issue (clean tube tile, and re-mopped floors three times) and the customer continue to not be satisfied.

Prompt response to my request. Friendly staff. Good job but could have been more thorough, eg dusting baseboards, AC grid covers and switch plates. Overall I was satisfied and would use the company again.

We regret that there were area missed during cleaning, We stand behind out work and strive to do an outstanding job; therefore we will gladly come out and complete areas missed free of Charge (as long as it was discussed and agreed upon in initial cleaning). Overall good job cleaning - excellent job removing stains from tub. Most of the house was cleaned satisfactorily, but not sure why kitchen floor and baseboards not washed as discussed.
