Sometimes leave lights on, rags left around home.Do not always vacuum the furniture, at baseboards, around furniture legs. Dusting is spotty- miss pictures on the walls. some pieces of furniture and some mirrors. I find tooth paste splatters on the mirrors after they have cleaned. If something is not clean they blame it on my cleaning products, not lack of their elbow grease. They did however return and reclean the bathroom tiles. Having trouble gettting the wood floors clean. Can wipe them with a paper towel after they clean and the paper towel is gray. Became a  bit defensive when questioned. Rating: Provided By: bryon c.
