Project: Repair Interior Trim and Decorative Moldings
We had to split the work to two parts. The first part went well, but the pro lost contact for the second part. Never took phone call, no response to voice mails. I ended up with hiring another contractor to complete the work.

Cary (CMA Construction) just completed a deck project for me. He did a superb job!. I am so happy with my new deck. He is professional, efficient and very friendly. He completed the project in the time frame he said, and he was very reasonably with his pricing. I obtained 4 other quotes and he was the most reasonable and within my budget. This contractor was extremely professional and efficient. The job was completed within the promised timeline as welll as meeting the terms of the cost estimate and both bathrooms look BEAUTIFUL!! I was extremely pleased with the extra touches such as caulking the baseboards after reattching them; taking extra care to ensure other floor surfaces near the area of the projects were protected from the necesarry foot traffic and ensuring all debris was removed during and after the project. I like the result so much I have asked this contractor for an estimate on another planned project.

I was in such a bind with my project and Cary literally saved me! I would recommend this guy to anyone needing help. He was polite, explained to me what he was doing as I watched him, and will call again when I have another project to be completed!

Overall, pleased with the outcome. Negative - significantly over estimated tile. 10% extra is norm. We ended up with 20%-30% extra. Cannot take the extra tile back to store so that feels like a waste of money. Positive - got work done in the time he said he would. we had a issue with one area, he redid it to meet our satisfaction. really please with how that turned out.

When I started getting quotes for my stairs, and a room to be built, I interviewed and was quoted by atleast eight company. Cary was very profesional, friendly and great price!!! He finished on time and did excellent work!!! I WILL use this company again. Also will recommend him to friends and family.
