Project: Install, Replace or Repair a Main Sewer Pipe
Chris is awesome! We had a very unique issue to resolve that could have been very costly had Chris been unable to resolve it. We had a clog in our central vac system (from a contractor who had used our central vac during construction). As we live in a three story home, if we couldn't unclog the pipe we would have to go through the ceiling. Chris sent Justin out with a small 25' snake. Justine was great!!! He gently fed the snake through the central vacuum outlet. Turned out 25' was too short. Chris ordered a 50' snake and Justin came back. He was successful (pulled out a screw). He only charged us the original quote!! Great job guys!!!!

Chris was very prompt with his original call to me. He suggested that I contact the manufacturer of my faucet for free replacement of the broken parts, and we were able to schedule the repair very easily. He took care of the kitchen faucet and other small plumbing issues I had quickly and on the first visit. He was professional, very pleasant, and seemed that his work was priced appropriately. I will definitely call him the next time we have a plumbing problem and will gladly refer him to friends.

Chris and his team are definitely who you need to call to get the job done. They responded quickly to my request and arrived in less than an hour. They were professional and took care of the huge mess I had with my main sewer drain. When they left, everything was working perfectly and they cleaned up so well that there was nothing else that I had to do. Great job guys! Thanks so much!

Received a call back in less than 15 minutes of submitting my request through ServiceMagic. Chris was excellent. He diagnosed the problem with my approx 3 hours later the job was complete and that includes the time it took to get the part. Chris was thorough, clean and very courteous. I would HIGHLY recommend him to any one that asks me if I know a plumber. I know that I will be calling him in the future.
