We were very pleased with the great customer service; they spoke with us about our unique situation and even allowed us to see the appraisal results in just a couple of days via email. CLV Appraisers did a fine job with the property that needed to be evaluated. The appointment was set up quickly and other than being a little late on arrival, they were very professional and pleasant and proceeded to accomplish their tasks quickly. Also the final report was very thorough and professional. I would highly recommend their services without reservation.
